I love these shoes . I initially ordered these in a size 10. It was tight and reordered the 11 . The instep and narrower heel help keep my foot stable with out compromising my run. They are wonderful and little to no pain running and when I finish my run still no pain . Recovery has been amazing . I am an older runner it’s been awhile since that has happened . The last shoe like this was when Avia running were for just women . Thank you running is fun . My next pair I will size down a 1/2 size but the 11 are great for Winter.

I really appreciate the higher back to support my heel and ankle, they dont rub like some shoes I have had

I'm very happy with my Hettas. They were comfortable from the moment I put them on with no breaking in period. Would definitely recommend.

I could immediately tell the difference when trying my first pair of Hettas shoes. I have purchased high-end running shoes for years, and nothing has hugged and supported my foot like the Hettas. I often suffer from hip pain and was worried about their firmness, however, I have experienced no pain since integrating them into my running routine.

It is super comfortable with lots of toe room. I feel that it is perfectly snug everywhere else. The cushioining seems just right. I love how slender the shoe is as well. I bought the black version which I really like.
