I don't love having to re-lace the shoes when they arrive and I find the upper a bit flimsy which can make it hard to get the shoes on without unlacing them way more than other shoes but, once I do get the shoes on, I love them! The fit is fantastic on my narrow foot, my ankle bones don't get rubbed which is a huge issue for me in most brands, and the shoes offer really good support. For these reasons, I am willing to put up with a bit of a struggle to get the shoes on and will definitely be purchasing Hettas again when I need new shoes.

I have super narrow feet and ankles and needed to buy a shoe that was better adapted to concrete running. After trying on about 20 pairs or so of different types of shoes in two different running stores, I tried these on and they are amazing. I wear through shoes really quickly and we are going on six months with no obvious signs of wear. I love how they hug my ankles, I love the fit of the shoe. I have re-occurring tendinitis and plantar fasciitis so I need to be so careful with my shoes and fit and they have been so wonderful. About to take them out for a run right now. All my friends are looking into them now because I won't shut up about how much I love them.

As an aging female runner it has been challenging to find a running shoe that felt good . One that I also felt confident running in . Running had become a chore and really I thought maybe it’s time I stopped. I am so happy to have found the Hettas Alma Tempo . For the first time in a long time I run without pain and no pain after. Legs, ankles, feet and knees feel great . I look so forward to getting outside for my runs no matter the weather. Thank you everyone at Hettas for focusing on women athletes no matter who we are , how old or how far we run . Just that we do !

I love these shoes . I initially ordered these in a size 10. It was tight and reordered the 11 . The instep and narrower heel help keep my foot stable with out compromising my run. They are wonderful and little to no pain running and when I finish my run still no pain . Recovery has been amazing . I am an older runner it’s been awhile since that has happened . The last shoe like this was when Avia running were for just women . Thank you running is fun . My next pair I will size down a 1/2 size but the 11 are great for Winter.
