    Love this shoe so much

It is super comfortable with lots of toe room. I feel that it is perfectly snug everywhere else. The cushioining seems just right. I love how slender the shoe is as well. I bought the black version which I really like.

The only shoe that helps my plantar fasciitis

I have plantar fasciitis and these are the only shoe I wear now for my plantar as they have incredible cushioning to support my heels. Love these shoes. I’ve been wearing new balance for the last 20 years but converted to hettas!

    Just ok

The lace holes are too small, heel really slips unless I special lace.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review Karen! We have identified the lace holes as an issue and will be making them larger in the next iteration.

For the heel slippage - may I ask if you have relaced the shoes? If not, it might help. There is a video on our highlight reel on our Instagram.

    My Tempos are game-changers!

These shoes have completely transformed how I run and work out. After playing AAU basketball from 5th grade through high school and suffering 11 severe ankle sprains along with stress fractures in both feet, I used to struggle with ankle fatigue and plantar fasciitis. My ankles would give out unexpectedly, even while just walking. But with my Hettas Tempos, those issues are gone - I no longer experience ankle weakness or pain from plantar fasciitis. They may feel a bit different at first, but once you get used to them, they are truly life-changing! I've cleared out my closet of other brands and now exclusively wear Hettas for my workouts!

    Zero pain!

I have lots of problems with my feet. I have a bunion , a side callous, a bottom callous on both feet. I have gotten blood blisters and burning sensations from other shoes for runs longer than 15k. I usually wear 9.5 in normal shoes and 10 wide in running shoes.

For Hettas Tempo, I tried on my friend's 10.5 and felt they were too small so I ordered size 11. I've been wearing them for my tempo runs (since the name suggests they would be good for those runs). I have been impressed with them since I've had no pain running in them for up 12km for my tempo runs. So last week I decided to try them for a 32km long run. To my surprise, I ended the run with ZERO pain!

I will be trying them again for my longest long run (34k) before Chicago Marathon and if they give me zero pain again, I may wear them for race day! Wish me luck!
