    Triathlon training shoe

    Great shoe!! Really great on pavement/road. Isn’t super supportive on trail, more of road shoe.

    Will never buy another brand.

    TBH I was a bit sceptical about shoe research and now I know how important it is. The two insoles are a genius idea. These shoes make me want to keep running. On flush out days I have to force myself to stop. I’m a runner, and race director and will only recommend this brand for all my ladies!

    Helping me run pain free!

    I have been struggling with achilles pain stemming from Haglunds deformity for years. After getting a procedure done to address my hanglunds, I still had a lot of sensitivity in my heel after running quicker paces. Hetta's Alma Tempo shoe fit my feet securely, and allowed me to run at quicker (marathon and half marathon) paces without the sensitivity and soreness that usually accompanied those paces. I am happy to be able to feel like my old self, without the feeling that my stride is compensating for pain.

    FYI: I am a usual 8 in running shoes, but I sized up a half size and the fit worked great!

    Is it me or are these shoes making me feel fast?

    I feel like my form is perfect wearing these! I’ve been getting back to running and I wanted shoes that have the perfect fit for someone who is getting back to this sport. I feel like the shoes help me spring forward without having to think about it.

    Will be getting another pair and maybe some for my friends!

    Definitely order .5 size up. For thicker socks I’d go a whole size up.

    Great cushion

    First and foremost, I agree with all of the other reviewers- order 1/2 size larger than your normal size!

    I love how lightweight and cushioned these are and the thin upper makes them quite breathable as well! Also, I don’t experience that awkward sensation of my foot slipping out like I have with other shoes which is amazing.

    I also love the vibrant green, it is a really nice contrast to the black :)

    I do find that these took a while to get used to compared to some of my other running shoes, but once you start to wear them for a while they feel good!
