Shipping costs and regions

We offer free standard shipping in Canada and the U.S. At this time, we do not ship to countries outside Canada and the U.S. Please email customercare@hettas.com if you live outside these regions and wish to order from us.

Delivery time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after your order confirmation email is sent. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Standard delivery can take up to 10 business days. 

Track your order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow time for the tracking information to become available. If you are unable to track your order or you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@hettas.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you. 

Returns

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to complete a return. You are free to try out the shoes as we have no limitations on wear & tear, but please include both shoes and all accessories upon return or exchange.
