Perforated Pebax plate
Where the Alma runs a full-length plate, the Cambie perforates it. You get engineered stiffness at toe-off and natural flex everywhere else — more forgiving, more flexible, same propulsion.

Presale live
The softest ride we’ve ever built — and it still rides like a Hettas. Same VeloPropulsion™ system as the Alma, with a perforated Pebax plate for structure at toe-off and flex everywhere else.

From the wear test
This shoe is a new favourite of mine 🫶 I'm on my feet most of the day and it's the first runner I've come across where I don't have to size down in order to get the heel to fit which means my toes are very happy as they have lots of room! The Cambie strikes a really nice balance between cushion and firmness and when I first put them on I could feel my hip, pelvis, and low back alignment improve, with a natural engagement of the intrinsic muscles of my feet all the way up into my core. I do love a bright punchy colour so I just delight in wearing the Cabbage colourway, and also, THANK YOU Hettas for researching women's biomechanics to inform design!! 💫🙏😁
I'm such a big fan of the Cambies! They're a super versatile shoe that I used for daily training, and love how they feel stable but also super light. Huge fan of the new update to the lacing and probably one of the more comfortable uppers I've run in.
The Cambies are a really comfortable runner and a great everyday walking shoe, especially for anyone who spends a lot of time on their feet. I’ll definitely be adding them to my rotation for easy runs. I found the fit to be very similar to the Almas. They fit my heel perfectly, with a snug and supportive feel through the arch, while still offering plenty of room in the toe box. The main difference was that the Cambies felt a little roomier around the sides of my toes, especially at the widest part of my foot. Compared to the Almas, the Cambies feel less firm, with a bouncier and softer landing. Overall, they’re incredibly comfortable, and I’m really excited to add them to my lineup!
Why it rides different
The Cambie shares the Alma’s foam density and the same VeloPropulsion™ system. What changed is the plate.

Where the Alma runs a full-length plate, the Cambie perforates it. You get engineered stiffness at toe-off and natural flex everywhere else — more forgiving, more flexible, same propulsion.

Shaped for a women’s forefoot rather than graded down from a men’s mould. The toe box gives where your foot spreads and holds where it shouldn’t.

Built for the unglamorous miles — recovery runs, daily mileage, walks. CPU rather than plain rubber, so it lasts longer and grips better, laid down where wear-test data said the shoe actually wears.

“They loved the ride. They wanted more cushion for the easy ones.”
What 150+ Alma testers told us

The fit you already know
If the Alma fits you, the Cambie fits you. Nothing about the shape changed — only what’s underneath.
Two insoles in every box. The H insole is the thicker one — a snugger fit with more energy return. The Hettas insole is thinner — a roomier fit and a firmer stride. Swap them to dial in the fit.
